Shipping Policy
Where we ship
We currently ship throughout the United States (including most APO/FPO addresses when eligible by carrier).
Processing times
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after the daily cutoff begin processing the next business day.
Delivery estimates (U.S.)

Standard Shipping: usually 6–8 business days after dispatch

Expedited Shipping: usually 4–7 business days after dispatch
Delivery timeframes are estimates; carrier delays and events outside our control can affect timing.
Shipping costs
Shipping options and any applicable costs are shown at checkout. From time to time we may offer free-shipping promotions—details will be displayed on the site or product pages.
Order cutoff
Orders confirmed by 12:00 PM Eastern Time generally begin processing the same business day.
Tracking
You’ll receive a shipping-confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to update after the carrier’s first scan.
Multiple items / split shipments
Items in the same order may ship separately to get your products to you faster. You’ll receive tracking for each shipment.
Undeliverable packages / address issues
Please verify your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable or due to an address error, we’ll contact you for an updated address and may charge re-shipping fees.
Damage or loss in transit
If your order arrives damaged or appears lost, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date (or expected delivery date for lost packages). Include your order number, photos of the packaging and product (if damaged), and a brief description so we can help promptly.
International shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping outside the U.S.
