Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love your order. If it isn’t the right fit, our process is straightforward and fair.
Return window
You may return eligible items within 30 days of your order date.
Condition of returns
Items must be in the same condition you received them, with all included parts, accessories, manuals, and—when reasonably possible—original packaging. Please include your order number inside the box.
How to start a return
Email support@seaglasspromo.com with your Order #, the item(s) you’d like to return, and a brief reason. We’ll reply with instructions and, if applicable, an RMA and the correct return address. Items sent back without authorization may be refused.
Fees & return shipping

We do not charge restocking fees.

Unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed defect, outbound shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

For most returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping. We recommend a trackable service.
Exchanges
Need a different size/model or accessory? Let us know—exchanges are welcome within the return window (subject to availability).
Refund timing
After your return is delivered to us, please allow 5–7 business days for inspection. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method; depending on your bank/card issuer, funds typically appear within 3–7 business days thereafter.
Order cancellations
If you cancel before shipment, a 5% processing fee may be deducted to cover non-recoverable payment-processor costs. Orders already shipped must be processed as returns.
Damaged, incorrect, or missing items
Report any shipping damage, shortages, or wrong items within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the packaging and product (if damaged)—we’ll make it right.
Chargebacks
Please contact us first so we can resolve issues quickly. Filing a chargeback before contacting us may delay resolution. We reserve the right to contest fraudulent chargebacks.
